How do we use donations?
We have set in our bylaws that up to 10% of donations will be used for salaries and business expenses. Our goal is to keep this at 4% or lower in order to give back to our underserved communities the most we can. The funds that do not go into that percentage above will go toward providing resources including but limited to education, supplies, food, clothing and housing programs. We believe in transparency and making an impact on the options available to the homeless, the addicted, the abused, at-risk children and families, the mentally ill, and the underserved veterans.

How are our charities different from others?
We have a few beliefs and mindsets that make our charities different from others and a major part of that is our family-like approach. From the transparency in how our funding is spent, to the way we find areas that need improvement, we are constantly trying to find innovative methods of providing realistic solutions unlike those that are currently in place.
We also partner with other non-profit organizations, and business to ensure our efforts will go further in spreading awareness, providing education, and providing resources to those in need. Coming together as a village will go a long way toward reaching our goals, however this is not the only change we need to make happen. To better understand the communities of these underserved individuals, we need a hands-on approach to figure out how to stop the growth in their population and how to better serve the individual already in these situations.

How do we decide which companies we partner with?
Smiley’s Unique Universe partners with establishments that want to improve humanity for everyone. We focus on those companies that strive to make differences and have goals similar to our own. We also partner with businesses that make an effort toward our causes and events, be it donations of money, time, volunteers, and/or services. What kind of donations do we accept?
Smiley’s Unique Universe and our charities accept donations of all forms. Where money goes a long way in helping us reach our goals, so do other services that an individual or businesses can provide. Outside of monetary donations, we also accept:
- Product donations
- Volunteers for our charitable events
Volunteers are a crucial part of our success and are considered a part of our Smiley’s family. In so many ways the volunteers that are provided in lieu of cash donations are more vital in the pursuit of our goals than monetary donations alone.
- In-kind donations
These donations are products sold to us at market value that we would then raffle or auction off. The provider would get their money back for the product while we put anything earned over that value toward the cause.

What is the difference between our provided resources and government provided resources?
Where the government has several opportunities and options to provide assistance, they also have limitations on the areas they can provide these resources. We do not have that limitation and have witnessed those who do not qualify for the government resources still struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle and living environment.
We also do not form these goals based on statistics and forms alone. Smiley’s Unique Universe and our charities take a hands-on approach and work directly with underserved communities and other non-profits who strive to make an impact.

How do you submit a suggestion for a charity project involving one of our causes?

What services do we offer?
Smiley’s Unique Universe offers a wide variety of services. Currently we manage musicians, bands, actors and actresses, and creative writers from authors to script writers. On the non-profit front, we also have two different charities in order to provide more resources to the underserved communities such as the homeless, abuse victims, addicts, at-risk children and families and veterans.
As of October 2024 we have been working on opening a production company for our acting talents and script writers as well as using our networking resources to schedule auditions. On the music front, we set up festivals, tours, recordings and more. In the near future we also plan to expand into publishing for our talent in the literary world.
From providing one of a kind career advancement to partnering with Proworkflow to provide project management software for the entertainment world, Smiley’s Unique Universe offers growth and opportunities no matter the role our talent plays in the creative arts.
How can you become an artist/talent under our management?
If you, or someone you represent, are interested in becoming one of the talent/artist Smiley’s Unique Entertainment Manages, please submit your application here. Please note we will require a sample of the talent in question with the application and all chosen as potential artists/talents for Smiley’s Unique Universe will undergo a background screening before officially being offered a contract.
How do we select our artists/talents?
We are always looking for new talent and find our artists in several ways. We accept and review submissions sent to us by the artist or their representation. We find them through networking and suggestions from our clients and people we work with. Lastly, we also search for new talent while scrolling social media, attending events, and online content that is shared to us by our friends and loved ones.
How long is the submission review process?
The timeframe for Smiley’s Unique Universe to review a submission and response will be dependent on the submission and the individual(s) being considered. For everyone’s safety, background checks are conducted along with our review of the materials submitted. We believe in full transparency, and this will often lead to follow up questions. Where our reviews usually take up to 30 days, we will not leave you in the dark in terms of where we are in our review and provide regular updates to inform our applicants of our progress. We also provide those submitting submissions the information needed to stay in contact during this process.
Why do we run a background check on prospective talent?
Here at Smiley’s Unique Universe we rarely turn anyone down based solely on their background results. These backgrounds are conducted to ensure everyone’s safety as well as determine any liabilities we may encounter securing opportunities for the person being considered. We want to provide the best opportunities for each individual selected and in order to do so we use the results of our background checks to know the extent of preparation needed to provide them.
What is the difference between Agent and Manager?
Smiley’s Unique Universe utilizes a management style for our talent. This means, unlike an agent, we provide the expertise and experience to determine what opportunities will provide the best opportunity for advancement for our artists. We will work with agents and agencies while combining our experience and expertise to open more doors for those we manage.
How do you book an event with us?

Smiley’s Unique Universe is a Corporation located in Statham, Georgia, however, we have a worldwide approach to different services we offer. For example: we host events, set-up festivals, and secure career opportunities worldwide. Our charity Foundation of Smiles is a worldwide organization partnering with other non-profit organizations and set-up fundraisers worldwide Where our second charity, Umbrella of Love, is specific to Athens, Georgia.
