Our Mission

Smiley's Unique Universe's focus is to provide talented individuals the opportunities to reach their potential. Some consider us a jack of all trades, as we manage talent in the music, film, and creative writing worlds. What Smiley's Unique Universe provides is the direction to a brighter future combined with our 35 years of experience in the Entertainment Industry.
When we are not taking the Georgia entertainment world, by storm, we run two charity foundations that raise money for veterans, the Athens community, and children. One of these charities, that is close to our heart, is The Umbrella of Love Foundation. This charity raises money for the issues Athens Georgia faces with mental health, addiction, hunger, homelessness and gangs. Bread of Life Showcase!!!

This event will have artists going head to head in a showcase of talent. Each participant selected to compete will not only be paid $75, but the winner will recieve cash plus prizes and a paid slot to preform during Athen's Week of love leading to the world record fundraising event. Bread of Life Showcase @ The Sixes Tavern!

Don’t miss out on this LIVE competition as musicians battle for a headlining spot, cash prizes and more, and all for the sake of charity! This showcase is a Bread of Life fundraising event as we build up to our record-breaking attempt and week long music festival. Catch a sneak peek of the performances to come on May 2nd , 8PM, at Sixes Tavern in Carterville, GA. The funding raised will not only be used to help the underserved in Athens, GA, but also to help the Haines family as their son continues his healing journey!

Holywood Yates is the lead singer of the Toby- Toby Keith Tribute band, and his performance is infused with personal experience as Hollywood was a personal friend of our dearly departed country music star. Beach Country Music Fest- Toby- Toby Keith Tribute

On May 24, 2025, Foundation of Smiles and Beach Benefit have teamed together in this event to raise money for the Homeless veterans! Beach Benefit will be hosting their 2nd Annual Beach Country Fest ft Toby-Toby Keith Tribute. Toby is a tribute to the legendary Toby Keith and his support for the military. Other live performance include but are not limited to: The James Kelly Band, The Staples-Chris Stapleton Tribute and Hillbilly Crutch will also perform and will include original artists. The event is all ages with free parking before 6PM and $20 after. No refunds or exchanges!

2025 Bread of life event

  • The Foundation of Smiles Corp. will be hosting it's first annual Bread of Life event November 3rd-9th 2025.
  • This charity has partnered with Guinness World Records, as the main event will involve attempting to break a world record.
  • The 501C3 status has been filed for Foundation of Smiles Corp. using 93-3259357
  • This event will take place in order to raise funding for the Athens, Georgia underserved communities.
  • Will include a week long celebration called, Athens Week of Love, featuring musical showcases with local and international talent.
